333ko Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "333ko", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 333ko platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://333ko.io.
• "Platform" means the 333ko website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all services provided thereon, including the sportsbook and casino.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" means any individual who has registered a verified account on the 333ko Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Member on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance.
• "Wallet" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) balance held within a Member's Account, funded by deposits and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 333ko subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet or casino stake placed by a Member using real funds or eligible Bonus Funds.
• "Settlement" means the process by which 333ko determines the outcome of a Bet and credits or debits the Member's Wallet accordingly.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required prior to first withdrawal.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 333ko Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 333ko.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting 333ko support.

333ko reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address associated with their Account or via an on-Platform notice.

To register and maintain a 333ko Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 333ko strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and does not permit access to any gambling service by persons under this age.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 333ko or any affiliated entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a 333ko Account closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. 333ko is entitled to request documentary evidence verifying the information provided at any stage of your membership.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. 333ko strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all Accounts.

You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, nor permit any other individual to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 333ko support immediately via live chat.

• You must keep your contact email address and mobile number current and accessible at all times.
• You must promptly notify 333ko of any changes to your personal details, particularly your payment method or identity documents.
• You must not use your Account for any purpose other than lawful personal gambling on the 333ko Platform.
• You acknowledge that 333ko may monitor Account activity for security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming purposes.

333ko reserves the right to temporarily lock or permanently close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of a security breach, identity fraud, or Terms violation, pending investigation.

All financial transactions on the 333ko Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 333ko supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 333ko does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 333ko Account holder.

• All first withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification before processing.
• 333ko reserves the right to request additional documentation (e.g., source of funds) for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Deposits made via bKash or Nagad must be withdrawn to the same method unless otherwise approved by 333ko support.
• Funds that have been deposited but not yet wagered are subject to a one-time verification check before withdrawal approval.
• 333ko does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Using someone else's bKash or Nagad to fund your Account is a violation of these Terms.

333ko may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are held separately from your real-money Wallet balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated promotional period. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• 333ko reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus funds, or void bets placed using bonus funds if there is evidence of abuse, hedging, or systematic exploitation of the promotional terms.
• Each promotion is available to one Account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
• Free bets, where awarded, are non-withdrawable and do not carry their stake value on return. Only the winnings derived from a free bet are credited to the real-money Wallet.

333ko determines whether a Member qualifies for any promotion at its sole discretion. The decision of 333ko in all promotional matters is final and binding.

All bets placed on the 333ko sportsbook are subject to these Terms and to the 333ko Sports Rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Specific rules for cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other covered sports are detailed in the Sports Rules section of the Platform.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted only when 333ko has confirmed the wager and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by 333ko for any reason (including technical error or market suspension) will be void and any staked funds returned to the Wallet.

• 333ko reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets from Members whose betting pattern suggests professional or advantage play.
• In-play bets are subject to additional restrictions. 333ko may delay or void in-play bets if there is reason to believe the result was known at the time of placing.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the 333ko Sports Rules for the relevant sport. In most cases, bets on matches not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided.
• In the event of a manifest error (e.g., clearly incorrect odds), 333ko reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, even after a result has been settled.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant market and may be adjusted by 333ko at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333ko Platform. 333ko reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below, and to forfeit all balances held in the Account without liability:

• Fraud, misrepresentation, or the provision of false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or using more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether under the same or different identities.
• Collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Match-fixing or any conduct that involves betting on events in which you have advance knowledge of the outcome, or in which you have participated in influencing the result.

• Systematic bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any hedging strategy designed to guarantee a profit from bonus funds regardless of outcome.

All content on the 333ko Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 333ko or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 333ko name, logo, and all related marks are the exclusive property of 333ko.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 333ko.
• Use any automated data extraction tool (including web scrapers or crawlers) on the Platform.
• Frame or embed the Platform or any portion thereof within another website or application.
• Commercially exploit any content, data, or information derived from the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 333ko and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

333ko's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• 333ko does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 333ko is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, server outages, or third-party payment provider delays that are beyond 333ko's reasonable control.
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all betting and casino activities entirely at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 333ko's operating entity is incorporated, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

All disputes between a Member and 333ko shall first be referred to the 333ko support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of 333ko's licensing jurisdiction.
